How Much would just a outer shell and inter part of a 747-8 cost?

I am wondering how much would it cost just for the shell of a 747-8 cost? This shell I am thinking of will still have almost everything in side it just a few things will be taken out like the engine and the Seats and the bathrooms would not be in there... can someone help me get an idea for the cost of it? then figure about 5 million to take all the crap out of it.



then figure about $25000 to cart all the crap away. cost varies depending on your municipality.



so youre left with about $175,025,000+tax (dont quote me on that,ok!)



i would keep the engines though. youll never have to rake leaves again! XD
