How do I get an inter-post transfer?

I need to know how to get an inter-post transfer to a different unit. My unit is over populated with my MOS and there's NOTHING to do so I want to swich to a different unit where I can be useful.

If there is one thing units hate giving up is a body, even though they may be overstrengthed in a particular MOS, they may be understrengthed overall. Ultimately, though, it is the BN CSM who has a great influence on matters like these.
