I have a Bank of America inter view tomorrow please give me any advice esspecially if you worked there?

I have an interview tomorrow for Bank of America as a bank teller and I was wondering what color pants should i wear black or khaki. I was also wondering what kinds of questions they ask and what is done at the group interview there. Any advice you can give me would be great. If you have ever been intervied ther or have worked there that would be great to. Im suuuuper nervouse and need any advice i can get. They will also ask about dealing with irate customers and how you would solve the problem - this can be a trick question but answer it like- If it was part of my job description I would keep the person calm and try and solve there problem and if I could not do it I would get a supervisors. if it is not part of my job description I would get a supervisor to deal with it. They will ask you where you see yourself in 5 years time. What qualities will you bring to the job. Do you work well in a team. Wear the black pants or here in the UK we call them trousers as pants are knickers.
