No,no,no,no,no, the correct method of punishment is as follows, nail the scrotum to a large dry tree stump, douse the stump liberally with lead free petrol ( don't want to cause pollution). Hand the perpetrator a blunt knife. Set fire to said tree stump and watch. choices, 1) he cuts his nuts off, 2) he cuts his throat. Or, and I think the best, nail him by the scrotum to the said tree stump, find the man he detests the most, have gratuitous sex with said man in front of the nailee, afterwards just set fire to tree stump. Not to messy but has that sort of panache that one could video for those dark boring winter nights when a spot of lively entertainment is required.
