Does any one know nay full gospel priest that does inter-faith marriages?

I'm trying to find a priest who does marriages for couples that are from two different religions. I know the belief of the church is that they don't, but if anyone knows of one, can you please let me know. I'd really appreciate it.Does any one know nay full gospel priest that does inter-faith marriages? Most "born-again" ministers will not do interfaith marriages. Even Greek Orthodox Church requires both to be GO. Some Catholic priests have participated, but it isn't sanctioned. Mormons don't. Religious Jews do not because a Jewish marriage involves a contract where both parties must be Jewish via mother (only the husband does the promises). Best bet is the Unitarian societies or a justice of the peace. The problem with mixed religions is that you get a water-down version of two belief systems that have little foundation to base a marriage on and many end in divorce, especially when a child is born and the dad wants the son raised like him or a mother would like the daughter be like her. I know twin boys born in a marriage of a Christian mother (Baptist) and a Sunni Muslim. After the father finished his residency in radiology, he took his sons to Saudi and the mother can only see them if she agrees to convert and live in a Muslim country, By Islamic law, any children born, the father automatically has custody, However, a Muslim woman is forbidden to marry anyone but a Muslim and can be killed by relatives for bringing shame to the family.

There is a lot to consider when you fall for someone that isn't of the same faith or even church. I have seen Catholic moms fight with Methodist dads about which church is right, etc. and the name calling starts a big fight. Some people choose a doctor, or buy a house or car more carefully then they think about the effect of having two religions in one home. So many get hurt, especially the children--some even end up in cults because they can't find any substance to the holidays beyond decorations.

For all tense and purposes, it is really better for the children to be raised in the mother's religion--as she sets the tone for the home and is the first teacher of the babies. In my NA tribe, the women ruled the home and the husband moved into her family's community. It was also safer for women and they didn't have to worry about abuse or kids being left home alone either. Same applies in Judaism, religious law states that the mother must be Jewish for the children to have a Jewish soul. Even in the Bible, it states that a man must marry but not a non-Jew--as the Jewish community only grows thru the next generation (no missionaries).

I just hope that the differences you have between you are minor, like church vs church, otherwise, the conflicts about even defining God, man's mission here, charity, deeds, learning and even cooking can be a heavy burden for newlyweds,Does any one know nay full gospel priest that does inter-faith marriages? They all should. Any of the Pentecostal churches should. I haven't asked though. Really, since the focus is on Jesus and not on nambi-pambi issues that don't matter at all, they should all host the marriage. Jesus teaches oneness, so if they have a problem with it, they're disobeying Jesus.Does any one know nay full gospel priest that does inter-faith marriages?Go online.
