Then after you have a firm understanding of Java in about a year or two you can move on to the Android OS which you will then have to spend hours of learning the different associations of Android phones and spend many brain wretching hours trying to make your app support multiple phones and their interconnectivity.
It sounds like you haven't the slightest clue about programming, and your goals are too complex for your knowledge.
