What is primus inter pares, bivalve, hoa binh and Dongson mean?

I want to know the meaning literally, please help me! I got these words from history classWhat is primus inter pares, bivalve, hoa binh and Dongson mean?Primus inter pares is Latin, it means first amongst equals. It is sometimes used to describe the Prime Minister in the UK parliament.



Bivalve describes a type of shell-fish, like a clam, it means 2 shells or 2 halves.
