How do I assess intra and inter assay variability of an ELISA calibration curve?

maybe you have the wrong site here....but try this.

1) Do a load of assay number 1 on control solutions. Calculate the kappa score on your results. This gives you intra-assay variability

2) Do a load of linked assays (number 1 vs number 2) and calculate a correlation coefficient. This gives you the inter-assay variability.

3) Hire a statistician
