Does the New Xbox 360 "S" or whatever it is, work with the old 360's Inter-cooler?

I have a 360 that just crapped out on me and I am planning on getting the new one but I want to know if the new Xbox can use my current intercooler. Also can I use my old HDTV cord with the new one?

HDTV cord? You mean HDMI cord? Yeah, it should be fine...although I think the new slim comes with an HDMI cord. I could be wrong there...
