What is a good inter thigh exercise to get rid of the flab?

I have been exercising and have a long way to go but I would like to start working on my inter thighs since my let are kinda big so what would be a great exercise. I walk two miles a day and this is helping the lower part of my legs but the top is still not as firm as I feel they should be getting. thanksWhat is a good inter thigh exercise to get rid of the flab?First of all; You cannot burn the fat off a specific area by training that area. That's unfortunately a very common misconception. If you want to burn fat you have to do aerobic training in your 'fat-burning' zone.



If you want to get more definition, and strength in your legs I would suggest working on the entire leg, not just one part. Focusing on just one part will lead to a muscular imbalances. Those imbalances could also lead to other injuries in your knees, etc....

Lay on your side. Bend your top leg over your bottom one and put your foot on the floor in front of your bottom leg. Then very slowly lift your bottom leg. Concentrate on feeling the muscles of your thigh working. Lift it as high as you can, hold it fo 10 seconds and then slowly lower it to the floor. Do this 10 times on each side. This will tone those inner thighs nicely.
