Rome would seem to be the number one choice. The northern part would seem to be better than southern Italy also. I've been living in italy for about 5 years now. i dont think there's a place where racism doesnt exist.specially for africans.you just have to get used with it and show them they could not step over her.but as far as i know racism is a lot worse in big cities like milan or rome.i wouldnt be sure though since im living in a smaller city.but i can assure you that not all italians are racists.if you need help looking for a house maybe i could help you
