Should Disney Channel show inter racial couples?

I think so , race shouldn't matter but some parents at my brother's elementary school don't think it's a good idea for younger kids to see inter racial couples on Disney shows.

I think those parents are being stupid.

I remember on a child show... maybe it was nick or disney... This girl talked about her two uncles. It was pretty obvious that the uncles were together by how she said it. I thought it was really awesome and subtle. I mean, it wasn't anything that parents could cause an uproar about... yet, it's still showing the younger generation that gay people do exist and they're people just like you.



I wish they would expose kids to all sorts of things such as interracial couples, homosexuality, etc. It exists! It's not really a matter of introducing it to your kid because that's like having to let them know that asian people do exist... catch my drift? I don't think they're stupid. That's pretty harsh. Disney has done enough damage. They're always trying to push the way kids should think. They're like brainwashing or something. I think it's extremely wrong to be racist, but you can't force a parent to not be racist either(if that's even it). That's wrong too. Interracial couples do the same things as same raced couples.

And they are already showing people who are friends with other racial groups.

definitely. If disney channel says that dating someone outside of your own race is a good thing, then maybe it will happen more often. I think we should all be happy that Disney isn't always politically correct. Although interracial couples would be nice, at least they aren't trying to bombard children with gay material!
