Intra-organizational means within a single organization. Inter-organization means between two or more separate organizations. The ways that they are connected depend upon the systems of communication and organization that have been set up by the particular organization(s). Postmodern conditions shouldn't change the distinction between inter- and intra-. As long as you are sure you are defining "organization" clearly, then there should be no confusion or breakdown in communications or connections.
