Will I be able to come to the normal position if I reduce using spects. My eyes has sunk to the inter because of the using of spectacles? If you wear pretty strong glasses for nearsightedness, it will make your eyes appear to be smaller and more "sunken in", perhaps this is what you are talking about? This is just an effect caused by the concave lenses, your eyes don't really change. Not sure if this is even what you are referring to or not.My eyes has sunk to the inter because of the using of spectacles?if by "sunk to the enter" you mean esotropia or "crossed" eyes...
spectacle wear does not cause that. spectacle wear usually CORRECTS that (or at least in the case of accommodative esotropia it does...the most common form of esotropia)
so...no, using spectacles did not cause your eyes to cross AND "reducing" the use of spectacles is unlikely to uncross you to the "normal position" (aligned). in fact, its likely to make it worse by not wearing the specs.
