i went through my chain of command and the 1st sgt. said she'd have to speak to the commander about it...i want to transfer because i've been offered a $10,000 scholarship at a private university for having over a 3.6 gpa? What else can i do? please advise....Why is my ohio national guard unit taking so long to do an inter-state transfer to NYC?you are doing good keeping with the chain but if it isn't fixed soon i suggest you either go to the first sgt again and if nothing happens you request a meeting with your CO. if still nothing happens you can always call your IG
